In 2005, we began our season in Finike, Turkey, and headed west, so our itinerary went right-to-left on the map below. The cruise took us back along the southern coast of Turkey, which we have traveled several times by now and we crossed to Greece, to the island of Crete. From there, we traveled to the Greek mainland, around the Peloponnesian peninsula, to the Ionian Sea and onward to Italy. By the end of the season, we were in Malta, where Swept Away spent the winter of 2005-2006.
